3. Vehicle Evaluation & Purchase

• When selling to Wheelz24x7, vehicles are inspected by our team to assess condition and value.
• The final offer is made based on vehicle condition, documents, and market factors.
• Once a sale is completed, ownership transfer and payment are processed as per agreed terms.
• Sellers are responsible for providing original ownership documents, NOC (if applicable), and ensuring the vehicle is free from legal or financial liabilities.

4. Vehicle Sales to Buyers

• Vehicles sold by Wheelz24x7 are pre-owned and evaluated for quality and authenticity.
• While we take every care to ensure accuracy of information, vehicles are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated.
• Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle before finalizing purchase.
• Wheelz24x7 is not liable or responsible for any post-sale wear, tear, or third-party claims unless covered under a specific warranty or written agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Wheelz24x7 shall not be responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or dispute arising from the use of our services or vehicles.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or error-free operation.
• Users are advised to independently verify vehicle details and ownership history before any transaction.

6. Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made through approved and traceable modes only.
